Apparel Product Designer
Salary: Dependant on Experience » Ref: JO5075 » Location: Italy
Alpinestars is seeking an experienced, full time product designer for technical apparel products and accessories.
Responsibilities will encompass commencing from a written brief and driving the product process from concepts and designs to materials, colours and graphic logo designs selection.
Skills and Experience required;
- Ideally a minimum combined 4+ years of product experience and/or education for designing sports products or performance apparel
- Strong creative ability in industrial, graphic or product design, coupled with working experience in the design, development and manufacturing of technical products
- Advanced product and process knowledge to create innovative designs and to review, evaluate, update and assist in a decision making process that leads to product innovation and performance
- Strong creative abilities with an excellent sense of styling, attention to detail and colour
- Organised, have strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure or on tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments at the same time is a must

A passion for motor-sports is essential but not necessary
