Event Manager
Salary: Competitive Basic + Bonus » Ref: JT4876 » Location: London
Our client is one of the country’s leading venues for sports and entertainment. It plays host to a diverse calendar of world-class sporting and music events.
- The primary focus of this role is to plan, brief and manage outstanding events which take place at the venue.
- You will work extensively with the Event Owner and will co-ordinate their requirements, facilitating services and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, internal procedures and good industry practice.
- This will include facilitating broadcasters in their requirements, operational management of media and photographers and match day entertainment.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning and managing world-class events and will ideally have worked at another major venue.
You will have a detailed understanding of applying health and safety practises to the events industry (including the IOSH/NEBOSH qualification) and an ability to understand operational requirements of internal departments. You must also be able to understand and interpret event budgets
