Upon receipt of your Curriculum Vitae and covering letter, we will review your information to understand if we can help you with your career search.
Subject to whether we currently have opportunities which may interest you, or may do in the future, one of our consultants will call you to discuss your career aspirations, and determine the best cause of action to help you with your desired career path.
The Registration and Interview Process »
Following our initial contact with you, we will ask you to fill out a registration form and invite you in for a meeting, for approximately one hour, to have an in-depth discussion about your experience, qualifications and personal motivations. For overseas candidates we will initiate this discussion over the telephone once we have received your registration form.
Your consultant will give you feedback on your strengths, areas requiring development, opportunities of success in your desired field and the steps we will take to ensure we find the right role for you.
All of this information will then be communicated to the other consultants within the company to ensure we explore every avenue to fit your needs.
The Job Interview »
Once we find a suitable role for you, we will email you the job description, call you to discuss the role in detail and ask you to decide if you want to be put forward for an interview.
Should you be interested in the role, we will forward our interview notes together with your Curriculum Vitae to the prospective employer, and wait to hear whether they would like to invite you in for an interview.
If you are shortlisted for an interview we will support you in every way to ensure you are comfortable, confident and prepared. In the mean time we will always search for alternative opportunities for you to consider.
Post Interview »
Should your interview be successful, we will guide you through your resignation process, should you require it, and manage the full transition to your new role.
