Retained Recruitment »

A retained assignment involves our clients committing to our service and paying a third of the total candidate placement fee up front, before the recruitment process begins. The assignment becomes our focus and priority to which we allocate our full resources.

We produce a detailed engagement letter outlining the process and timeframes.
A comprehensive job and person specification is drafted.
Prospective candidates are interviewed and a succinct short list is presented to the client with comprehensive interview notes.
We provide full offer management support.
We coach candidates through their resignation process & how to handle counter offers.

International Network

Over the past 8 years we have created an extensive database of high calibre sports business professionals from all over the world. We have met, interviewed and formed meaningful relationships with each and every candidate and deem them to have exceptional experience and qualifications to undertake the roles we handle for our clients.

Advertising

We advertise every role we have on our website, and have partnerships with niche sports market media to produce competitive advertising campaigns for our clients. This approach not only provides a platform from which to sell the role to an even wider spectrum of targeted candidates, but raises the client’s brand within the market place, and by using us as facilitators, ensures the recruitment process appears to be open and transparent.

Executive Search

This approach is used for the more high profile roles we recruit for; executive search is an extremely thorough process using a combination of networking and headhunting and, where appropriate, advertising techniques to searh for the ideal candidate with the utmost levels of confidentiality.

The Contingent Process »

A contingent assignment is based upon the client paying the recruitment fee upon the start date and successful placement of the candidate(s).

Once a job and person specification is received for each role being recruited, the managing consultant commences a thorough search to identify suitable individuals for interview.

All jobs in sport we are recruiting for are advertised on our website, on relevant job boards and in trade press, subject to client and consultant discussions. Our consultant works closely with our client throughout the recruitment process to ensure all procedures occur as smoothly as possible.
